But tonight we left the restaurant after at least 45min of being ignored by the server in our section. When she finally came to our table she did not apologize for the delay, in fact she didn?tsay a word. Just expected us to order. So rude and so disappointed in our go to place.

The hostess didnt want to clean tables, so insisted that I sit at the bar. Then said, we are only taking cash starting now. After waiting to be served, they tell me most of their menu is not available. I could tell that theydid not want to serve me. Could be a racial thing. I left hungry. Thanks.

In this particular case, my negative exp... read more To start, I can't say that I wouldn't suggest Applebee's to someone, as every restaurant can vary based on their staff. In this particular case, my negative experience was solely due to the staff and service at Applebee's. As a result, I have no desire to dine in at this restaurant again. However, I would be more than happy to place a takeout order. Thank you to everyone, and keep the food hot!
