The food at this restaurant is excellent, although the portions are slightly smaller than at other Mexican restaurants in the area. However, the quality and flavor are much higher than most other Mexican restaurants in the area. The service was decent, but none of the staff seemed particularly cheerful. Where should I start. No reception when we walked in. Finally was seated at bar. No wait person. We had to flag someone to help us. The Margarita was horrible. The food was mediocre. Only good thing was the rice. Saving grace was the waiter once we got one. I did notice the larger groups did get better service. I guess two isn't worth the bother! View all feedback.
The customer service at this restaurant was excellent. The staff was friendly and very attentive, especially the chef/owners. The atmosphere was relaxing and perfect for a good time. The food was good, although my shrimp cocktail was a bit lacking in salt for my taste. I had to add more salt to bring out the flavors. Despite this, I still enjoyed everything else and appreciated the great customer service.
I went to the restaurant with my two sons. We were asked for our drink order and I ordered a cocktail, while my sons had water and soda. Unfortunately, my four-year-old spilled his water, so I asked for help. They cleaned up the spill and took our menus, but did not take our order. After waiting for about 25 minutes, my drink still hadn't arrived and no one had taken our order. Finally, our server came over and said we were next for our food. I had to explain that we hadn't received our drinks or placed our order yet. I have been a loyal customer at this restaurant for many years, so I was extremely disappointed with this experience.
This restaurant serves incredible ceviche that is fresh and flavorful. The shrimp scallop burrito is a favorite, generously sized and perfect for those with a big appetite. The service is excellent, with staff making an effort to get to know their customers. They also accommodate special requests for seating. My wife especially enjoys the street tacos and crispy cheese tacos. I highly recommend this restaurant for a fun night out with friends, especially for a special occasion.
Safe is delicious authentic Mexicans eating! server was attentive and cheerful. my only wish is that there would have been a mild salsa selection for the chips. salsa burned my mouth. (hubby loved the salsa)
The service here was great. The wait staff is really nice and helpful.The food was *not* authentic Mexican food, and the drinks were premixed (definitely not worth their price tag).I won't go back.
