We have been going old Juan's for decades. I love the decor and the cleanliness of this restaurant. It has great parking and many tables inside and out. The bar is always busy and I can see why. Great drinks at even better prices. The best margarita in town. We arrived and had to wait 15 minutes or so for a table. The last couple of times we have come we have been seated in the back. Behind the partition and bar. Being seated back here I feel like you are forgotten about. The past two times that seems to be the case. We had to ask for refills on our drinks, chips, salsa, never got one of our drinks and one of our sides. Our waitress checked on us once. I don't know if they only had one waitress or a couple waitresses but I always see plenty of employees, so I don't get the lack of service. Besides the bad service, the food is always great. I love everything I have tried here. My husband and I even celebrated here when we found out I was pregnant. This place hold a very special place in our hearts and we love the food. I would have to say they have the best Mexican food on the central coast. 5 stars for food and ambiance. The last few times (about 5), we have experienced a lack of service. Hopefully that improves.
