I usually don't like to write negative reviews, but the response I received from the manager was quite disappointing. I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant since it opened. However, on two separate occasions now, I have found hair in my food. I love the staff here, they always know what I want when I get there, until I switch it up on them lol. Great place, great employees.
The service at this restaurant was odd. The children appeared to be busy, chatting and giving orders. The bagels with veggie cream cheese were delicious. My only complaint was that I wished my bagel had been cut properly.
The staff and owner are friendly at this restaurant. They recently relocated to a new building with a drive-through located near Autobahn 9 on Bay Parkway.
