I love the food, and I liked the staff. My only complaint is: The last two times I had to get orders from there, I was missing something. I live 15 minutes away when I first came back and picked up what I was missing. For the second time I lacked noodles, so I had to do something at home because I didn't want to drive extra 30 minutes to get there and back. Please check your orders before leaving the building! Nice waitress working both the restaurant and bar alone but still was friendly and attentive.
My family and I eat out very frequently, and after reading the reviews for here, I felt I had to chime in.
We ordered ahead to go, egg flour soup, pork fried rice and chicken noodles-which I assumed was their version of lo meinwrong.
I never would have believed that I could find delicious Chinese-American food in a busy tourist destination like Ocean Shores. However, I was pleasantly surprised by Lucky Dragon. The restaurant may not be the most attractive or organized, but the food is tasty, hot, and freshly prepared with generous portion sizes. Despite being short-staffed, the cashier/waitress provided excellent, friendly service. I ordered takeout, which was not super quick but also not too long of a wait. The General Tso's chicken was my favorite, and all the other dishes we tried were also very good. Keep in mind that Ocean Shores can be noisy and busy during peak times, but if you adjust your expectations, you will be rewarded with a satisfying meal at Lucky Dragon.
