No paper in any box to clean the mirror and this is the third time that happened.

If I could give it a zero I would. Was running out of fuel so went to the closest petrol station which happened to be this one. BIG MISTAKE! Put in my fuel and went to pay, their machine wasn’t working and I didn’t have any other form of payment. They accept Apple Pay so that should be good enough. The man at the till was on the phone for half an hour with god knows who and showed no remorse for my child that was waiting in the car and my family’s dinner getting cold. He kept us there for ages and had no other advice other than pay for it in other forms which I did not have and had already told him that. Ended up with my child having to pay on her Apple Pay which was our last shot but hadn’t done it sooner because we didn’t think it would work. At the end he waisted our time, made our dinner go cold and soggy and never said sorry for the inconvenience. Horrible service and just got staired at through the window while I was telling my daughter what happened. Creepy and intimidating to us as we were getting staired at by this man. He did offer me a coffee but never said sorry. Don’t blame the man for the problem, blame the company and managers but do blame him for waiting our time and inconveniencing my family.

Tuesday 19th of March-Not one to make bad reviews. Just went to this BP tonight was beyond shocked by the customer service- the lady with the red hair obviously hates her job but no need to be rude to the customers.

There is no ZERO score unfortunately. Absolutely shocking customer service from this Service Station, time and time again. Today was no different, when I sent my primary school child in to ask to split a $20 into 2 $10 for him to share with his brother for school lunch (2 different schools) and the lady with black hair (8am shift), refused to make the exchange. I had warned him to ask very politely as she was not the kindest lady, which he did and no change in the response irrespective. The last time I requested change so I had some coins for the paid parking at the train station she wouldn't give me change. I proceeded to buy something else (already filled my car up)and she still didn't give me the coin I needed ... I am a customer, I fill up my car there and this is the service I receive?? I proceeded to enter the store myself and address the matter, but my advice is DO NOT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO SERVE PEOPLE! We are locals, kids attend schools in immediate area, get your act together and work with the community or move the hell along!
