Wawa - Ocean City

Who comes to Wawa to get a burger and fries?? I did...Yes, I did lol And before you judge me for getting a burger and fries in Ocean City with all the options in Ocean City, hear me out lol I was only coming in here to get some Advil and for a headache, but going into the door I heard a customer coming out talking about how surprisingly could the Burgers and Fries were. I thought to myself why not and I ordered them. I didn 't expect the burger to come on a pretty nice brioche bun and the fries were a little crispier than I imagined them. They basically taste it like frozen fries out the oven that were seasoned but I 've had a lot worse. The burger itself was actually pretty good. I ordered a barbecue bacon burger with tomatoes onions lettuce and fried onions. The burger reminded me of the type of burger they would probably have at Ikea or something. That being said I have no intentions of ever ordering a burger from here again considering all the other options and in the area near Wawa that would literally be better.

I'm giving this Wawa two stars for one reason and one reason alone.... it is in a horrible location. Sure, about 15-20 years ago, it was in a great place. But that was when Ocean City had a plethora of markets. Flash forward to 2023; Wawa has become a household name throughout the region, and there are only so many places people will go to get their fix of... whatever it may be (coffee, sandwiches, snacks, etc. . Try navigating through this parking lot, let alone street block. It may be virtually impossible. I would be very interested in finding out how many accidents there are at this intersection on average compared to other streets in Ocean City. The best possible thing to happen is for this location to close and a new, bigger location be built somewhere in town. That would save so many headaches.

Hmm, never been in this Wawa somehow. A nightmare on this Tuesday night! One poor cashier with goo gobs of customers! The little, older, cashier handled the stress and line wonderfully. We couldn't wait to leave!

I would rate 5 stars but I wish they would have foot long hot dogs sooooooooooooooooooooo Gooooooooooooood

My husband LOVES WAWA coffee. There is no other coffee for him. And NOW they introduced Peanut Butter Fudge flavor coffee. He's in coffee heaven! They always had a pot ready and waiting when my husband stopped by to satisfy his craving for WAWA coffee!
