Voltaco's Italian Foods - Ocean City

Italian takeout at its finest! The prices are reasonable for the generous portion sizes. The Regular Italian Sub (whether you call it a submarine, hoagie, hero, or by any other name) is the best in Ocean City, NJ—and possibly even on the East Coast! I've been enjoying their food for nearly 50 years and have never been let down. The only downside is that Voltaco's operates seasonally, open from early to mid-April through mid-October.

That's it! This restaurant was quite busy, which means you might have to wait a bit for your food. They only accept cash. You can really see how hard the staff works here, and they're a friendly bunch! My chicken parmesan sandwich was delicious, and my daughter really enjoyed her meatballs and pasta! Thank you! It was wonderful to enjoy Italian food by the beach!

The Italian food here is excellent. Jeff highly recommends the cheesesteak sandwich and the meatball sub. The service is friendly and prompt, and the menu features authentic Italian dishes made from family recipes that have been passed down through generations.

Iconic. How can you visit Ocean City without trying Voltacos? I really don’t know. My family has been doing it for years, and I still can’t get enough of them!

Great food! I got the cheese steak with roasted onions. The roll was filled with meat and there was a stack when the onions fried up. My wife got the chicken Italiano, and it was also loaded and delicious. My daughter ate the chicken Ceasar Salat. It was huge. And also delicious. We look forward to future visits and try other offers. You also have a range of homemade products to buy; Sauces, lasagna, dressings and much more. If you are in or near, Ocean City, they are worth stopping. Great place!
