The Hawaiian Food Shack - Ocean City

Excellent food, BBQ sauce was different and also excellent for the ribs Friendly staff laid back

We needed dinner to go before we leave the coast. Hubby and I were looking for burgers and the kids slept. A fast Google search led us to Hawaiian Food Shack. I waited in the car with three sleeping children. The order lasted a while with which I was fine. Hubby said the staff was super friendly and seemed to be just something unorganized (as a previous server he said it is because it was a new restaurant and the staff looked like young locals) completely understandable. The food was delicious and a really great end for our vacation! Nothing was messed with the orders and we were very satisfied. We had the Aloha Burger and the Waiki Baconburger with avocado. They were the best burgers and pommes ever! Cooks perfectly and unique ingredients that tasted brilliant.

Excellent dishes served at reasonable prices in Hawaiian atmosphere. I and my wife enjoyed perfectly cooked surfing and crab cake. Her lobster was not chewing at all and had a smokey taste. Home made crab cakes come beautiful size, all crab meats no filler. Next time we have to try their volcano dessert drinks.

The food was so good. The service was great and the drinks were so unique and cool. My kids say this is their favorite place now. We can't wait to go back. The children are polite and royal. This is such a family-oriented place. Thanks for the great service.
