Mario's Italian - Ocean City

Our group enjoyed the vegan minestrone, baked rigatoni, penne in garlic and olive oil, penne in a delicious mushroom red sauce, and a vegetable dish. Everyone absolutely loved their meals; everything was incredibly flavorful! We also had the pleasure of chatting with Joe, Ernesto, and Joe's son (I forgot to ask his name). What a lovely family! At the end of our meal, we even got to see some old family photos on Joe’s phone. On our way home, we talked about planning a low-season trip to Ocean City just to enjoy a meal there again. My teenage son was particularly impressed with the plant-based menu and mentioned that when we return, he would bring them a batch of his vegan chocolate chip cannoli! Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful culinary talents and warm hospitality with us today; it truly touched my heart! What a great way to wrap up a wonderful trip!

I had the best vegan pizza here! It was absolutely perfect—the sauce and crust were both exceptional! The owner is really lovely too. I highly recommend this place!

I would give this restaurant five stars for customer service. The man who took my phone order communicated clearly with the staff at the pick-up window, and they were all very kind and friendly. The white pizza was the best I've ever had! However, there was a problem with our order. We ordered a Louisiana chicken tender salad and requested blue cheese and a hard-boiled egg. Unfortunately, the salad came with Caesar dressing and no egg. We even paid an extra $2.50 for the egg. We only discovered this mistake once we got home. We could have gone back, but it seemed unnecessary since the order should have been correct in the first place. While the rest of the order was fine, it was disappointing that someone missed this. Otherwise, I would have rated it five stars.

I don't know why I've come to marios review since then. I just love this place. I came here to dinner on Friday night and had such a great experience. fast service, friendly staff and delicious food. I have the Auberginen Param Sub and it was fantastic. marios never disappointed. if they are looking for a good Italian spot in oc, they do not give this place definitiw up. I would recommend this place to everyone!
