We take from the place every time we stay in Ocean City and never disappointed! Your food is amazing! Everything tastes good and their carburized beef is great. You give correct boxes if you order a lot, which makes it easy to wear. The only thing I would say was that it wasn't my pleasure was her price for rice dishes that are too expensive for my taste. My husband and I only talked about how there are not enough places in OCNJ to serve real food when we came across Fusion Plate. If you are looking for a place to eat that does not serve pizza and Stromboli, this is the place for you. It has great, authentic Adian fusion food with a mix of Vietnamese, Chinese and Thai dishes. Everything is fresh in the kitchen, and the service in the restaurant is wonderful. We were treated very well and everyone was very personal. I told the manager that he had to stay in business for a long time so that we could get back to his real food. Please don't give the chance to eat here.
The food was excellent. I had Pad Thai and it was excellent. It was right at the spices and was not sweet as many I had in other places. The spring rolls were great. What to consider is the service. It was excellent. We felt welcome and cared for.
The best tofu salad wraps. Tofu cooked so perfectly unlike most places where it is soggy. The flavors were so delicious. And the salad was fresh. I love this place. The bambu. Great taro coconut smoothie!
I want to say I did debate giving this restaurant 4 stars because although the food was very good (and by far the best asian food in the area) I generally reserve 5 stars for the truly memorable dining experiences. In the end, the friendly staff pushed this review over the edge to 5 stars. My girlfriend and I went to Fusion Plate for dinner tonight and had the Restaurant Week special it included an appetizer (chicken or beef sautay), two entrees (we chose Chicken Lo Mein and Golden Chicken), and wrapped it all up with shaved ice my girlfriend had coffee and I had taro. Before I get into the dishes, a bit about the place and staff. The place has a very modern and clean look, complete with color coordinated (black and white) tables and chairs. The staff were great everyone was very friendly and eager to help. For example, when I opened my chopsticks and found I had only one chopstick one of the guys ran outside (we were enjoying their outdoor seating) and quickly gave me another set. I would have been happy to walk inside to grab a new set but he noticed before I could and quickly replaced the chopsticks. The chicken sautay came cooked very well and topped.with scallions and peanuts. The peanut sauce that accompanied the discharge was very good as well. The Chicken Lo Mein was our favorite dish and was some of the best Lo Mein I've had and easily the best on the island. The noodles were well cooked but not overcooked as was the chicken. The sauce/flavoring was good but not overpowering. Too often I think Lo Mein is done without much taste. The Golden Chicken reminds me a lot of General Tsos chicken. The sauce was good but a little sweet for my taste. The chicken was well cooked and crispy. To finish the meal our shaved ice (my gf ordered coffee, I ordered taro) was really good. I thought it was going to be more like a snowcone where the dish is literally shaved ice with flavoring added in the form of syrup. I was pleasantly surprised to find it was closer to Italian ice. All in all, it was a great experience and we will certainly return next time we're in town.
