She was knowledgeable, articulate, and focused on her work. My husband and I enjoyed chatting with her, and she responded with humor and kindness. I regret not catching her name because she truly was a superstar! Our Subway sandwiches for dinner were delicious. It's hard to find a place where you can customize your own sandwich with such a personal touch!
