When my wife asked how that could be and voiced her frustration, the employee suggested they go to Aldi's to buy it themselves. This response was just one example of the poor service we encountered, as there were several menu items that were also unavailable. The employee's attitude was off-putting, and there was no further polite exchange—no "thank you" or "please" to be found. The rudeness and total disregard for customer satisfaction have convinced us that we will not return to this establishment. The sandwiches were not as good as those from other Subway locations, and it became clear that the employee felt annoyed by customers. We don’t feel welcome here, and as a result, we will be taking our business elsewhere. There are plenty of other restaurants that serve subs and would certainly appreciate our patronage.
