What User doesn't like about Sbarro:
This location is ripping off their customers and on duty managers will not correct the problem. They advertise a 2 piece pizza/soda combo for a certain price and then when you go to pay for it, the computer rings up an additional 10 cent surcharge. I asked to have this charge removed and was refused. Was told the the owner of this franchise is aware of the situation and will do nothing to correct it. Last time I will... View all feedback. My husband loves Sbarros and has been in NY since childhood. Even if the line is long the service is fast and the pizza is very hot. The discs are huge. This is our new way to treat pizza. View all feedback.
