THE VEGGIE RAMEN BOWL AND FRIED RICES ARE NOT VEGAN!! EVEN WITH NO EGG ADDED. The food itself was okay, right in the not so good yet not bad range where I will give a 3-star.The first waiter I met, however, was quite rude to me. I don 't think it is an appropriate way to treat your customers by saying I can 't understand you, you have a very strong accent when you simply can 't catch their joke-like questions.The second employee, a lady, that helped me was really kind though. I really enjoyed the anime themed atmosphere at this restaurant! I had dinner here and it was amazing!! Miss Ava, Miss Hailey, and Miss Jessica provided excellent service. The service at this restaurant was quick and friendly. The beef ramen was delicious and served hot, while the milk tea was also quite tasty. The prices were reasonable.
The food at this restaurant was absolutely fantastic. The service was great. When my wife ordered a boba drink and didn't like it, the staff graciously replaced it at no charge. We left very satisfied with our experience.
I highly recommend trying the Tonkotsu Ramen at this restaurant. The broth is served on the side and is very hot. Whether you choose delivery or pickup, the service is always fast, with delivery taking less than 15 minutes. I love that you can customize your bowl, so I always add an extra egg. The flavors are delicious and the noodles have a buttery taste. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
I'm not exaggerating when I say this - this is truly the best ramen I've ever had. The Tonkotsu Ramen was absolutely incredible. The House Special Fried Rice was flavorful and packed with meat. The Fried Chicken was tender, well-seasoned, and tasted so fresh.
