Everything was incredibly fast—our food practically arrived at the table before we did! In every way, PDQ outshines Chick-fil-A. At this point, Chick-fil-A feels irrelevant; it’s like a toxic ex that never ended on a good note for me.

The chicken was ove... read more This is definitely one of the nicer PDQs I’ve visited, but the service wasn’t particularly fast, even though the restaurant was quite empty. The chicken was overall good quality, but the sides could use some improvement, especially the mac and cheese. However, the sauces provided were fantastic.

I tried the spicy chicken tenders, spicy chicken sandwich, grilled chicken sandwich, regular chicken sandwich, and chicken tenders, and everything was juicy and full of flavor. The sauce was great, too—the spiciness of the chicken was mild, making it a perfect choice for someone who enjoys some heat without it being overwhelming. The French fries were crispy and lightly salted, pairing well with the sauce or enjoyed on their own. The restaurant was clean, including the bathrooms. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this place and return in the future!

Both Emilia (not sure of the spelling) and the other gentleman behind the counter were incredibly friendly and helpful. Using the app in the store was a breeze. I made my purchase on September 10th at 7 PM, and I hope this helps identify who was working. I would love for management to recognize such outstanding employees!

Food... read more Came through on our way back to Orlando. Went through the drive thru and was greeted immediately. Person was very friendly! Second window, same experience. Food came out quick and we were able to get on our way! Food was solid as it was hot, and theorder was correct. Also it was fresh! Mind you we came around 14:45 or so.
