While some customers rave about the flavorful menu and friendly staff, others express disappointment in service and food quality. Visitors appreciate the diverse offerings, from pastries to salads, with many praising specific dishes like the Cinnamon Crunch Bagels and the Bacon Turkey Sandwich. However, issues such as long wait times, inconsistent portion sizes, and accusations of poor customer treatment tarnish the experience for some. Overall, while the food often hits the mark, the service struggles during peak hours, prompting some diners to seek alternatives.
This visit for a late lunch was surprising. It was a Sunday and the store didn't seem prepared for the business. The line was extremely long almost out of the door and blocks all like other people tried to go. There were no kiosks to help expedite orders and two from the 3 registers were manned. I think they were just short, unfortunately. The cashiers were nice and the superior seemed diligent and friendly to the guests. So they fled from flat bread and served none of the pizzas, our son's favorite and the reason we came here and there was no warning until after 20 minutes waiting in line, now you need to keep the line even more while you have a new plan. Then the eating experience... my husband and two boys sat while I looked after our food. I notice that the boy Mac and the cheese side part, the bread, was small, broken in two and cooked over. It looked too crisp to eat a child. So I mentioned this on the server. She turned with no answer took a bag with which a piece of bread in it draws out wrinkles and places is on the plate and with an attitude responses that 's the best I can do, we are all out. That was rude, she offered a change to the site and she could have been polite as I was. That's why I score this place deeper. Customer service is everything and ready to jump out of a hurdle during peak business hours, your customers will want to come back instead of regretting that they will pass on to so many other restaurant choices in this place for this experience.
Love the fluffy pizza, and the Cheddar and Broccoli soup. But really everything here is good. Try candy, for example, you're coming back!
Disappointed! After I saw Yammy purchases on TV on their burger pizza, I dared to give him my first attempt today in-spins their high prices! $11 for this chickenburger was about the same as McDonald?s $4 a great smart one. only the sauce and the broth was better. the $9 chicken pizza was not where look as good as the advertising. the brot on it became chewing and hard, even when eating! $23 dollars in all for both of us without drinks! only tries it because it was next to my eye dr. and I was recently bombed with these delicious ads! we do not go back to these trips! By the way, the pizza server had never heard of pizza chili peppers to add a little flavor. they had no! I was pretty surprised. the poor gala looked at me astonished when I asked her whether she ever added those who are so often at pizza hat or domino?s. she had no idea what I was talking about! how they can say, I am so sorry. herr panera bread, why don't they make these pods available?
I ordered pick two, soup and half sandwich, I barely got a soup, it was less than half a cup and I asked one of the servers why it was barely a soup and she was very rude and told me that I had luck getting two spoons of soup and that was the way she served, I always got the pick two and I never had a tiny cup specially for the price she was charged, my sandwich was ok, she went service.
Went to lunch for the first time. It was not good. The turkey BLT was tasteless, they gave me the wrong soup. So 2 -1/2 sandwiches 2 cups of soup 2 small drinks for a total of $29.13. left most of the meal. We will not go back.
