Moe's Southwest Grill - Ocala

Eating is pretty good, but the staff is questionable. they confirm that they open at 10:30 so that we put in a mobile order and tried to get it at 10:40 and they were not open, so I called the load and the dame that answered, I don't know if she was the manager or not, was disputed with me about her not open until 11 and I said well, why is it advertised at 10:30? she said that I had to wait for another person to come in because I can't do everything alone. we sit on the parking lot and there are three people in Moe’s... so I don’t know what she was talking about that she was the only person in there, there were three people in there and they haven’t opened until 11:15... waited 35 minutes to pick up my order.

The food was excellent, but it was a chaos. there were 16 standing and everyone was dirty and the floor had to sweep. that is not an excuse that it was 2:25 on the afternoon. the cash box just stood around and I said the dining room is dirty and needed cleaning and he didn't seem to care.

Today, to foot in moe’s, 3 people on the line, 1 person with cash, entire, building full, men order, door bag, and (like the dame screamed to the staff, as they can work, online orders.. people who don’t know. just don’t know, clearly understaffed, they rocked this afternoon crowd, I left satisfied, happy.

Absolutely delicious food and great staff. Adrianna made us feel warm and welcome and prepared our food to perfection!!

First time visiting and eating food was fresh and prepared in front of us everything was delicious and good customer service recommended
