Many friends recommended the place, so I and my wife went to the jubilee. we already knew what to order on the basis of the recommendations of our friends. the atmosphere was great and so was the service. the food was not worth the price. the place has a new owner and a new chef (hence, new menu) after our server. my wife and I couldn't even finish our salate. the spinach and the salat did not look fresh and needed more dressing. the place still has an extensive wine list. if they're a cries, this place is for them, if you don't want to eat, go somewhere else.
The restaurant has a decent atmosphere, but it seems to have some pretentious elements. Be cautious with the wine selection; I ended up spending $14.50 on a 4-ounce pour of a fairly average French red. The lamb chops and crab cakes were quite good, but the overall experience was quite uncomfortable—it felt cramped and constricted.
