Burger King - Ocala

Yesterday, my order was incorrect as they gave me croissants instead of biscuit sandwiches. Luckily, I noticed before leaving and they corrected it. Today, I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit but once again, they got my order wrong. I didn't check it because I had clearly specified that I wanted a croissant.

Burger King is a well-known chain restaurant that many are familiar with. Like many companies, they struggle to find and retain workers, which is something to consider. While waiting in line, I witnessed three employees struggling to find the correct size for a customer's order. The cashier was handling mugs improperly and placing them back in the stack to give to someone else. The beverage station and seating area were also noticeably dirty. I ordered a fish sandwich and small fries, while my companion ordered two double cheeseburgers and fries. Unfortunately, our food was not served hot and did not meet the standards we remembered from Burger King. I spoke to the manager about the dirty mugs and lobby, and while she didn't have a solution for the mugs, she promptly sent someone to clean the lobby. I am usually quite understanding, but I believe every establishment should have the opportunity to make a positive impression. The restroom was also dirty, but I did not alert the manager about this issue.

I ordered the deluxe Junior Stool meal with nuggets. The only good thing I can say about my visit was that the sweet and sour sauce was delicious. In the dining room, I was served cold nuggets, cold fries, and a burger that was nowhere near as well-topped as advertised. The food was so unappetizing that I didn't even finish it, and there was no ketchup available for the cold fries. Despite the disappointing meal, I did enjoy a cold drink in the quiet, empty dining room. It's a shame that the experience was so lackluster, especially since I used to enjoy eating there and even worked there during high school.

9 months ago I left a positive review for this burger king and wanted to update it. the people there are always so friendly and eating is always consistent. I hope burger king will take care of the employees at this place.
