People working drive thru were rude and didn’t even smile one time. I let it go. I ordered the Philly melt because I’m craving peppers and onions and this is what my sandwich looks like. I had it last week at a different location and it was way better. ?
One car ahead of me with about 4 items.(I could see order on menu board). The order for my car was ONE whopper, no onions. Explain why I was in that drive thru for almost 20 minutes before we got the burger?No apologies, no acknowledgement.The King? Ha! Do better!
Sat at your speaker for over 5 minutes saying hello nobody answered I went to drive off and see 2 employees just sitting in the back smoking and talkING I will NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. U lost a loyal customer!
Speedy service and good food for a reasonable
I would have given a 5-star rating, but the person at the drive-thru took a long time to process my payment, struggled to make change, and seemed confused. They walked away for a few minutes before returning to finally give me my change.
