I ordered an original chicken sandwich, but the bun was hard, the chicken was cold, the lettuce was wilted, and there was an excessive amount of mayo. I ended up throwing it away and had to settle for a bag of pretzels for lunch while working for another 6 hours.

However, the f... read more It's unfortunate that the restaurant has closed, as mentioned in the newspaper. The owner seemed to really enjoy the location, which was perfect. However, the food wrappers were greasy and the overall quality was below franchise standards. It's understandable that the labor market is tough, but there were some great employees working there. Unfortunately, there were also some staff members with poor attitudes, lack of personal hygiene, and inappropriate tattoos that could affect the restaurant's reputation. I hope that either corporate takes over, a new franchisee takes over, or the current franchisee pays closer attention to details. My heart goes out to the staff who have lost their jobs.

However, The food wrappers were greasy even. The quality is not what I would expect from a franchisee. I know the labor market is rough.They had some very good employees. However, the store had a few that were not so hot from attitude, personal cleanliness,inappropriate tattoos for building a good reputation. I hope someday either corporate takes it back or another franchisee or thesame franchisee but pay attention to details. I feel bad for the staff and job loss.

Only car in the drive through and over 15 minutes we waited for our food, not to mention they messed up the order and when we called them about it later, their manager, Mariah who is an extremely sorry excuse for a managerand probably shouldn't have a job let alone a managers position explained how it is OUR fault and proceeded to hang up. Not oneemployee there has any work ethic, and why should they when their manager is about as worthless as they come. Take the extra 3minutes and go to the one down the street, they are at least decent over there.
