The food was okay. I kind of have a problem with being asked to tip somebody before I even get service or even taste of food. I did tip 15% however. And in hindsight I probably should have tipped about 5%. Literally the only service I got was they brought my food out to me. A fantastic down home breakfast place. All the food was solid, though could've been seasoned more. Highly recommend getting a muffin or pastry.
Was excited to try Perry's with so many great reviews and several recommendations. Biscuits and gravy were very underwhelming, would have rather had a grands storebought biscuit. Poached eggs from entire group were basically hardboiled 1 out of 8 had a runny yolk. Hollandaise was bland and almost nonexistent. Service was subpar as we did not even get asked for refills or how things were.Cannot recommend.
Great spot for lunch! They make their own bread, and I just love their pastries.

It is self service which is fine with me but if you’re looking for table service, this isn’t the place. The service is friendly enough. The price is pretty average for town. Nice place and friendly people. Had the burger of the day, Chipotle something or other. Appears they relied on the flavor of the cheese too much as the burger itself had no flavor. Still a great place but i would likely forgo the burgers (though it's my first burger from them).Edit: changed to 4 starts for a great and sensible response.
