The service was impeccable, also deserving a 5. Lastly, the atmosphere was delightful, making it an overall perfect dining experience. Highly recommended!

I mentioned that we were still eating, but he just stood there, expecting us to... read more 1) When one of the staff approached our table, we still had one potsticker left. I mentioned that we were still eating, but he just stood there, expecting us to finish it immediately. After a while, he walked away but returned only to take the plate with the potsticker, ignoring other dirty dishes on the table. 2) Later, he came back to clear our table. I asked for fresh chopsticks because I was ordering sushi and the ones we had were sticky from previous orders. He insisted that they were clean and then awkwardly dropped two sets of chopsticks in a messy heap in front of me. I reiterated that I wanted fresh ones, and although he took the dirty chopsticks away, he returned and carelessly tossed two new pairs on the table, even though we only needed one. 3) Our waitress seemed completely preoccupied with a large table around the corner, and we ended up waiting 20 minutes for our check because she had forgotten us. I really hope they can improve their staff situation soon because the food is great.

The service was professional, attentive and overall perfect. The food was top notch, everything was beautifully plated and so good. They go above and beyond with their menus and the quality of food they serve. The chefs and team preparing the food are amazing, Cody L. is our favorite and he knows what he is doing, he's amazing to watch. The best sushi in blaine county by far. The ambiance is cozy and comfortable with a sophisticated vibe.

The staff was fantastic, demonstrating great teamwork! The kitchen crew was truly impressive. The food and drinks were exceptional! Who would have thought you could find such amazing sushi in Hailey, Idaho? Absolutely worth it!
