There is a wide variety of intriguing flavors and ingredients, with well-combined dishes that showcase the creativity of the chefs. The ambiance and overall layout also deserve a 5/5; they’ve beautifully integrated antiques with modern design, and the hydroponic installation adds a fresh touch. For the staff and service, I rate it 4/5. The front-of-house staff were friendly and professional, but some of the other employees appeared less engaged and focused on their own tasks. Given that the kitchen is open and in full view, I would expect the kitchen staff to be more interactive with customers, especially in Bristol’s dining scene. Lastly, I give a 5/5 for value; at just £7.50 for main courses, it's hard to find a better deal. The desserts were delicious as well!
