Without exaggeration, this chef deserves Michelin stars. It was such a pleasant surprise to find such good food in such an unexpected place. The food was inventive, beautiful, and delicious. It 's the most memorable meal I 've had in 10 years. The service was wonderful; I went with the server 's recommendation for every course, and he was spot on. Good wine pairings. I still dream about the goat cheese sorbet and the squid pasta .
