What User doesn't like about Central:
Restaurant Central is not recommended. We came as a group and were seated at two tables. The first table was served after 30 minutes. The other table had to wait half an hour. The hash browns were dry and the beef stew was dry, the sauce was watery. View all feedback. What User likes about Central:
an excellent restaurant in obersaxen! a very friendly owner and his fantastic team that really knows what hospitality means they will feel it. very diverse cuisine with local and Swiss premium dishes. not to mention the excellent wine card with a lot of top wines, most of them not expensive. the prices are fair for Swiss standards (and lower than zürich for such a restaurant) can only recommend it.
