I wasn't expecting to find Japanese options when I entered, but I was pleasantly surprised! The chicken karaage was amazing, as were the homemade curly fries. The only suggestion I have for improvement would be to use a cabbage salad instead of lettuce, but I admit that’s just a personal preference. The owner shared that he had worked in Japan and was truly passionate about the cuisine. I will definitely be returning! Edit: I went back again, and the salad was a mix of cabbage and lettuce. So delicious!

Charming little cafe that's perfect for a stop while traveling. Both the coffee and food were quite enjoyable.

The staff are incredibly attentive, helpful, and friendly! The menu is concise, but thanks to my dietary restrictions, I was able to customize a simple meal. This cafe even offers gluten-free bread! In a small town where the local supermarket doesn't stock gluten-free options, this is truly amazing and greatly appreciated!

There was a small menu but it was good! Coffee was locally produced and lovely. I really enjoyed the salad with toasted sesame seed dressing and the owner told me where to buy the dressing! My family liked the burgers and tasty chips. Staff were very warm.

Delicious freshly cooked food with very friendly staff and good service. We had a lovely toastie and beef burger, with curly fries which were just fabulous thick but still crispy. Great choice of teas too.
