We make the drive from Port Clinton whenever we have the chance just to dine here. The staff is incredibly friendly and the food is delightful! We've been dining here for years and absolutely love the staff and the food. The prices are great as well. I enjoy everything on the menu and have liked every dish I've tried.

We wanted to speak with the manager, but she wasn’t available. Fortunately, our original waitress stepped in and accepted the certificate because she genuinely wanted us to come back. She mentioned that this might result in her pay being docked. We provided her with our contact information and asked her to have the manager call us. When the manager did call, she was incredibly rude and dismissive. I wanted to express to her what a remarkable employee she had and how our continued patronage was largely due to her outstanding service. I also felt it was unfair to penalize her for trying to help us. The manager insisted that rules are rules and that the waitress would face consequences for her actions. I was baffled as to why such a gifted server would continue working at a place where employees are treated so poorly, especially since I’m sure she could find better opportunities elsewhere. After my conversation with the manager, we decided that we would not return. I cannot support a business that does not value its employees.
