Great food! Our soups literally came out of heat at the table. Large portions and excellent taste. The chicken soup was full of potatoes squash carrots and a chicken leg. The tortilla soup was the best I ever had. Mole negro was divine... with a big chicken leg and rice that was even special. Super salad with beautiful presentation. Apart from chicken and pork, most preparations were insects and worms. The filled Chile with ricotta and orange sauce was delicious, but the chicken filled with huitlacoche and cheese was strongly salted. It floats into a bland black sauce of unsure origin....
