From different varieties of Mescal, different distilling processes (clay vs copper), how the flavor changes over time, and why commercial mezcals don’t do them justice. So worth coming here again and again to learn more.
Must do for anyone interested in mezcal.
I had never done a spirits tasting before this was the perfect way to do it! I knew nothing about mezcal, and to sample it with our host giving us all the rich history and background was so much fun!!
