I went in to order one, the place was fairly busy, 3 staff behind counter, 2 seemed to be doing odd jobs, one male available to serve, he was not welcoming, did not greet me or smile, was pre-occupied with what one staffer had just said to him, finally asked me what he could get for me, I asked for the 3-cheese melt, he hesitated at first, then said it was in the display unit to my right, could I pass it to him. It was a ready-made, wrapped sandwich, so I said "they're not toasted"? He said he could toast it if I wanted. I was very disappointed and left! Definitely won't be going back!

Servi... read more I am a caffeine junky and normally hit a Starbucks only because of convenience of location. Was on the lakeshore on business and stopped in to Second Cup. Service was incredibly friendly and latte was creamy and incredibly delicious. Great job thanks for the experience!

I went to order a place that was pretty busy, 3 workers behind the counter, 2 seemed. strange jobs to serve a man, he was not welcome, not greet me or smile, was preoccupied with what a worker had just said to him, finally asked me what he could get for me, I asked for the 3-cheese melt, he hesitated first, then said it was in the display unit to me right, so it was a finished, wounded I have said he said he could kill it if I wanted. I was very disappointed and gone! definitiw won't go back!
