We ordered a pizza from Fratelli Pizza and found 3 hairs in our pizza! My girlfriend had a similar issue with the pizza she ordered from Fratelli's last week. What the heck? Fratelli has just lost a few customers. View all feedback.
I have been to Fratelli's many times and the food is good and the staff are very welcoming. Not to mention beer prices are really good.
Decided to try ordering delivery pizza from Fratelli based on several internet reviews. Given that they do not have a website I tried getting some help from the person (female) who answered the phone - she had absolutely no clue and worse no desire to inform or inspire me on their specialties or customer favourites - effectively she told me to build my own pizza based on what I felt like eating. I inquired whether they have a Meat Lovers or Canadian or any such pizzas and again "order what you want on the pizza". My fault I should have hung up and gone elsewhere but I proceeded to order my version of a meat lovers (pepperoni, sausage and bacon). Pizza arrived promptly as committed (40 minutes). Nothing special (especially for $22 for a large) and will definitely not be ordering from them again. There are way better pizza joints in Oakville.
Awesome service and Pure good looking Italian Pizza's and Sandwiches to die for the owner makes it with all her heart,,heard it's over 38 year old restaurant. they butter brushed there crust home made tomato sauce, with fresh topping.My personal experience Loved it,,. Like I was in Venice or Rome Must trysurprisingly my family found out they do deliveries so I decided to order last Wednesdaydelivery service was indeed polite with a smile And early.I WILL DEFIANTLY RECOMMEND TRYING IT OUT!!
We were there in November. Restaurant was very cold. Food was good. Waited a long time for the food to arrive at the table.
I really really like this place- the menu is so fun and creative and I wanted to order everything! You can't go wrong when a place has both Croque Monsieur
