I was at Haley's laundromat and I saw this place called Mary's restaurant right next to the laundromat so I gave it a try. I ordered the steak and cheese with fries and I added a side of the chicken tamale. I also added a couple pepsis. The food was excellent. What Joseph Harrison doesn't like about Mary's Pollo A La Brasa:
I was here last time 3 years ago when I lived in this area. I always enjoy the food here and I recommend to everyone to try it. NOT TODAY. PLEASE AVOID this place. It turn in dirty and unhygienic place. I'm so sad to lose the best sopa de res and charcoal Peruvian chicken. Why 2 stars? Because of the costumes service from one person (male/cashier) View all feedback.
This place is amazing! The food is delicious, and the staff is very friendly. Knowing some Spanish can be helpful!

I was at Haley's laundromat when I noticed a place called Mary's restaurant right next door, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the steak and cheese sandwich with fries and added a side of chicken tamale, along with a couple of Pepsis. The food was excellent! The chicken tamale was made with a chicken wing, and they left the bone in for extra flavor. It was incredibly moist and flavorful, with just a hint of spice. The steak and cheese sandwich was also really good!
All I can say is yum!!! The Tacos Dorados were incredibly crispy, filled with tasty chicken. The pupusas locas were absolutely amazing! The carne asada was bursting with flavor and very juicy. My only complaint would be the wait, but with a group of 18, it’s hard to blame them for that.
This is a typical Peruvian chicken place where you can get fast and tasty food. If you are on a budget definitely this is the place that you want to go to you can actually have great food and have a taste of Latin American food including that in American drinks. You can really enjoy it and you will not regret it it's a really good thing for you to have especially if you like chicken or like me if you love fried yuca
