Worst Ribs in NOVA! Once again I made the mistake of trying to eat BBQ ribs at the Oakton Virginia location. The only thing that could fall off the bone at that location would be your teeth as you work on the warmed over, dried-out, meat that is likely to be served as a half slab special order. Great atmosphere, lots of TVs for games, friendly employees great BBQ!!!
Killer sausages and even better hot sauce!!!! STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT!
I received AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE from your staff member Chan. With the 2 locations closer to me closed, I grudgingly drove 30 minutes one way to pick up an order. Chan was polite and helpful. He even asked if I needed assistance with my heavy order unsolicited. I would never have asked for help even though I am currently in physical therapy for back, knee, and shoulder issues. Not only did I receive stellar service, my order was right, and the food was good. I am very impressed with my 1st visit to this location. Famous Dave's, you've got an excellent employee.
