I go to this Wawa everyday (literally). I like their French Vanilla coffee and sizzlis. I have never been disappointed by their service, food, quality or anything. Employees are extremely friendly which I personally like. Some of them even know my name. Clean and organized shelves. What User doesn't like about Wawa:
about 1:20pm-bread is hard, but dipped in vinegar, but missed the Mayo, they gave me salad instead of spinach, never cut the Hoagie half, they took long for WRONG ORDER!. Not so hard to follow instructions on the screen. Need to be moved or put out to pump gas instead of making sandwiches. View all feedback.
They do not seem able to correct the Tordash orders. This last time the food was missing, I only got the chips and teas and that wasn't even the right one I ordered. The bag I got was 1 out of 1 so there was no way for the driver to know that he didn't have everything.
I ordered two nights in a row thru doordash and they forgot the main item both times, you would think they hire people that know how to read the orders correctly and send out what needs to be sent out, their careless mistakes make a convenient app like doordash completely inconvenient. Out of the 6000 wawas in jersey this has to be the worst one when it comes to food orders.
Funny it was like a stare down. Little redhead curly sue (no personality) 1st she couldn't understand what a New Port Box was.. No personality, No customer service. No can I help you have a nice day nothing. Not even a thank you where do they get these unprofessional people from. . just basically stared me down so I did the same. I live 2 specs away I rather drive the extra 2.2 secs rob the Wawa down the street where they have great customer service.. They should send redhead curly sue to a few customer relation classes. Or tell her retail isn't for her??
Well maintained, clean and orderly, the staff was very upbeat and pleasant.

Despite of being extremely busy during morning office hours, they still manage it so well. I like their staff's efficiency and quick service. The best thing I like about this store is that as soon as their coffee dispensing containers go low, they immediately brew fresh coffee and it's ready for a refill. Not like other Wawa stores (within one mile proximity) that make me wait for 10 minutes because their coffee containers are always empty.
