Dunkin' - OAKLYN

I visited this restaurant and used a gift card at the drive-thru. The cashier was rude and insisted there was no money left on the card, despite me knowing there was. After much insistence, a male co-worker confirmed there was "money" left on the card when he plugged in the numbers. The next day, my husband encountered the same issue at the drive-thru, with the cashier refusing to plug in the numbers despite us having proof of the balance on the receipt. We will not be returning to this Duncan again. I regret not reading the reviews beforehand. Nobody should have to deal with such terrible customer service. Avoid this place at all costs.

I stopped by for a sandwich at Dunkin' Donuts and went through the drive-thru around 5:30pm. The staff member over the speaker informed me that they only make donuts on Wednesdays, even though it was Thursday. I called the restaurant later around 6:30pm, but no one answered after calling three times. I then visited another location on Mt. Ephraim Ave. around 6pm, but even though the flags indicated they were open, Dunkin' Donuts was closed with no one available to provide service. I found this strange and disappointing, and as a result, I will not be returning anytime soon. Thank you anyway!

This Dunkin' Donuts location is the worst. I live nearby so it's convenient, but every time I go there, they always forget something from my order and then give me attitude because of their mistake. I try to avoid stopping there altogether because it's always a waste of money. They never get the drinks right.

I have found this restaurant to be consistently good. It is conveniently located near my workplace, so I come here every day. Unfortunately, I have purchased several $5 coffees that turned out to be undrinkable. This experience is starting to become frustrating.
