Granny's Kitchen - Feedback

I ordered breakfast, and the eggs were quite good along with the gravy. However, my hashbrowns were burnt, and the ham was spoiled. I brought this to the attention of the waitress, but she simply apologized and didn’t offer me anything else or a discount on the bill. As a result, I reduced her tip from $11 to just $1. I have lived in Chesaning my whole life, and I have never had as good a meal as this. Never had the opportunity to go until today, and it was phenomenal. The waitstaff were friendly and speedy with their service, but not too overbearing when checking in about drinks and how everything was.
