I read quite a few reviews of this place lately that mimic my feelings exactly. I’ve been going to this place for better than 35 years and always liked it but the last three or four months it went downhill so bad I probably won’t be going back. Good food and prices Please bear with them training new people
Really good. Lately the steak was a bit dry but not today.
Always hot and fresh, always friendly, good freshly prepared food is worth a little wait
My first visit to a Big John location. Should have tried this a long time ago! Subs and sides are fresh and delicious. Counter staff very friendly and welcoming. Order was made quickly. There is a small dining area as well as outdoor seating.
As a worker here I will say we do cook to order so it might take some time for orders especially the bigger ones, and we do have an older speaker that picks up every little noise which is why sometimes we ask multiple times to double check what we heard. All the people I’ve worked with are great with people, I hope the long waits are worth it for y’all sometimes!!!(if not I’m sorry I’ll try harder next time you stop by)
