Casey's - Oakley
Casey's
Description
Oakley’s Casey’s mixes hometown friendliness and clean, helpful service with frustrating inconsistencies. Cheerful staff and prompt assistance make it a convenient stop for families and travelers, but customers report lukewarm or stale pizza, declining food quality, limited customer parking, and occasional brusque interactions. The welcoming atmosphere keeps many returning, yet reliability concerns have driven some regulars elsewhere.

After using the bathroom, the redhead cashier decided it was a good idea to scold my daughter for standing in the middle of the snack aisle trying to make a decision. She wasn’t bothering anyone, especially since there was only one other customer in the store, who was near the beer. The cashier just seemed to be in a bad mood and picked on my child (0 stars). We’ll happily take our business to Mittens now, which is disappointing because we used to love this Casey's! Edit: There’s also no longer enough parking for customers. Employees used to park away from the front, but now they occupy all the customer spots.
Oakley’s Casey’s assistant manager Todd and cashier Mel always greet people with a smile, courtesy and many times have customers laughing before they leave. Atmosphere is welcoming and friendly!!
