This was easily one of the most inventive dishes and flavor pairings I've ever encountered, ranking among the best meals I've had in the Bay Area. Highlights included the snails, miso with mandarin, pan con tomate with pimentón, mussels, oysters, scallop tostada, Venezuelan pancake, and fried quail.
