Ramen Shop - Oakland

This place makes stellar ramen, there are some confused reviews on here that either don't know how to taste rhinestones or get a random dish. I was a dozen times or more here and never had a bowl that wasn't at least 4/5. they are expensive, but not so much more than other comparable locations. they should add an extra Shiyu egg. they are just so perfectly satisfying Umami taste.

Possibly the best vegetarian rams I've ever had! Their Meyer-Limonz wheels are so good, the noodles were so fresh and the presentation was beautiful. the whole restaurant has the coolest interieur, the design is so immersive.

I checked this place yesterday evening with a date after three different natives told me how great it was and they were on the spot! the broth was so tasteful and all the ingredients tasted fresh. it was a well balanced ram! my date and I both have the ducks and the healing all drink with bourbon. I could be back alone for the drink, because that was super interesting and delicious.

Before the pandemic we would eat here about once in the month. since the beginning of the pandemic we have ordered food to go once a week, as we want them to stay in business. our friends who have lived in japan are shocked by the trips, but it is by far the best predators I had in the bay area.

Delicious!! Nice spaced out outdoor seating. Also super easy to order. Broth was very flavorful and rich. Definitely recommend!
