Experience at 7 Hills was a mixed bag, with some standout dishes like the chicha morada and chicharon, but with some misses like the ceviche and seafood entrees. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff was friendly, though a bit stretched thin at times. The restaurant does not accept reservations on Sundays, which led to some disappointment for a party looking to celebrate an anniversary. However, for those who were able to get seated, the experience was fantastic, with delicious food and attentive service. Overall, 7 Hills offers a unique Peruvian cuisine experience in a charming setting, making it a worthwhile destination for those willing to take a chance on a hidden culinary gem.
All the food is delicious. A step up from most Peruvian restaurants. Just keep in mind that the food is slowing coming out of the kitchen but well worth the wait. Our server was great.
Pucquio is one of the Bay Area gems. Excellent authentic Peruvian food and great service. I’ve had everything on the menu and you can’t go wrong.
Always always always amazing! The best restaurant in Oakland in my opinion, and Carlos, Kevin and the whole staff treat everyone with tremendous kindness and respect. I visit whenever I can!!
