The cooking is truly excellent—each dish is crafted with precision, rich flavors, and elegant presentation. Service is equally commendable: attentive yet unobtrusive, with perfect timing. However, the choice to serve family-style feels out of place in an otherwise sophisticated setting. While the concept encourages sharing, it doesn’t work well in a fine dining environment, especially given the small portion sizes during our visit. For our party of four, sharing most dishes felt awkward and left us wanting more, diminishing the special atmosphere expected from a high-end meal. Interestingly, dessert was the one course that was generously sized and beautifully executed for sharing. Pomet demonstrates impressive talent both in the kitchen and front of house, but the disconnect between the dining format and execution made the overall experience feel slightly off balance.
