Contribute Feedback What Gary Lo likes about Nama Japanese Cuisine:
Nama was pretty good. I had the black garlic oil ramen and the broth looked overpowering and creamy, but when you actually tasted it, it was pretty mellow and balanced. I still am not set on if I like spinach in ramen, but it wasn't bad. Toppings were good... Soft boiled egg was spot on. The noodles were a tad soft for my preference. I wanted a little more bounce to them. But overall they've definitely earned repeat... View all feedback.
Nama was the heart of Dimond Sushi. Family style, great sashimi, roles and riddles and John the owner was quite awesome. I was in there once...
I'm really sad, I have to knock 2 stars from my previous review of this spot. Order $70 value of food in which I was not satisfied. Let me say first...
Oh, my God! The owner mentioned how bad my company where I work was when I ordered food and food with customers! It wasn't friendly at all and...
The selection of ramen is limited, but the quality is excellent. I have yet to try the sushi on the menu.
The sushi options at this restaurant are varied and delicious, with fresh ingredients and the perfect rice texture. The miso ramen was also tasty, but they should be more transparent about when they include pork in a dish. It seemed like a vegetarian option, but there was bacon or something similar added for flavor, which was disappointing. They should avoid adding animal products without clearly stating it on the menu.
