ersitated to leave my review here because this is the best sit-down cum spot in the bay area and I fear it will be popular as more reviews come. I was twice at this place and it is best to come at the weekend before 11 o'clock. only 15 minutes on group of 3. looks longer waiting for large groups. the room is not large compared to other sit-down buses, so no space for dim buses and everything is ordered by menu. there... Food was really good and the staff was nice and friendly. However, I am giving 3 stars because the restaurant was simply not clean! For food that’s this good you would hope to have cleaner restrooms and steaming areas but this place was filthy dirty! Won’t be returning. View all feedback.
Waited for about 30mins during the Sunday lunch rush at 2pm. Food was good, ordered some dim sum. I’d recommend the cheongfun and any of the crystal skin dumplings. I’ve had better BBQ pork buns and lo mai gai elsewhere though.Food: 5/5
Very solid place.Only negatives: There was one random fly that I suspect was attracted by our durian dish. The changfen was weirdly in 5 pieces.Food: 4/5
Great food, reasonable price, no annoying service fee added automatically like other Chinese restaurants nearby. Little old furnitures but not a problem when food is good.Food: 5/5
Decided to go there for lunch with family after Church after reading the reviews on Yelp. The snowy bbq bun is indeed delicious, but the filling was quite just ok. Siumai is a must try. Did not find the hargow all that great. Prices are very reasonable and you cannot get that price anywhere else. No complaints about the service. They refilled the tea without been asked to and even gave us extra napkins when they saw we have used all of ours.
My go-to place for dim sum/Cantonese food in Oakland. Unassuming and good price. It gets very busy during lunchtime.
