Love this place since my family stayed at the Salvation Army around the corner when I was a little girl. This large a lil expensive but the taste is always A1!

I love this place, great Mexican food. I discovered this restaurant about 13 years ago and my favorite Is the prawn burrito. Amazing flavor, the beans, cheese, rice and jalapeno peppers inside are yummy. I just came In the other day and ordered the super burrito and cat fish. I only waited 8 minutes or less, quick service and friendly. I like the catfish it is plump, well seasoned and you get a lot for the price. Go ahead and try this restaurant, very delicious.

I have never been disappointed since 1989. The restaurant is clean, the food is tasty and the portions are super size. The staff are also just good people.

This place is an Oakland original in my opinion! I had thought they had closed down all their stalls after I moved out of the area, but thanks to my determination and Google Maps, I was able to find them again. The prices are a bit higher now, but the food is still amazing! I ordered the nachos with steak and a shrimp and steak burrito, which was enough for four meals. The afteros are excellent if you enjoy them like I do. I am looking forward to trying the fish and seafood dishes next time, although I was disappointed to see that they don't accept cash on Fruitvale Avenue. I first visited this restaurant in the 90s and I am so happy that they are still here!
