Absolutely awful! The chicken tasted as if it had been dropped on the floor multiple times. I ordered a Mexican pizza that seemed stale and had random pieces of lettuce in it, which I didn't request, nor is it supposed to be there. It's as if they're just paying employees to show up instead of actually doing their jobs properly!
This restaurant is not clean, and the staff lacks friendliness. They tend to close the dining area earlier than their scheduled hours, and frequently, when you go there, they only offer KFC instead of Taco Bell. The whole place could use a new manager and a refreshed team.
I had a terrible experience at this KFC in Oakland, TN. The chicken was the worst I've ever had. I definitely can't recommend this place.
Place was filthy. Workers ignored us for 10 minutes.
Even though they were short on staff they hustled and were very nice. Kudos to the employees that are there you are very much appreciated by my daughter and I.
