I walked in with a mask on waiting for somebody to take my order.. at least two female employees looked at me several times and said something in Spanish but continued to ignore my presence? I stood there fora good 3 minutes and just walked out. Soon as I walked out the lady who has on the headset (I?m assuming working the drive thru)walked out right after me and shut and locked the door? at least 3 different customers pulled up to try to walk in and theyweren?t able to bc the door was locked? There was no sign stating that inside was closed? That was very rude of them to notacknowledge me but ran to close and lock the door? I will never return or give a cent to this place!

The cashier Manuel was just so sweet. Even the packers are so professional and just so prepared. The manager is very nice and made sure every customer was satisfied with their orders. Not just mine. 10/10 for this kfc. I heardsome people even drive 30 minutes to come here because of how great the service is.

But she?s rude, acted as if she couldn?t complete my simple request when the drive thru nor inside was busy. Whywork in this industry if you don?t like it. Makes no sense.
