It’s shocking that the h... read more I have never experienced a restaurant or store as unbearably hot as this one! Inside was at least 20 to 30 degrees warmer than outside. It’s shocking that the hardworking staff have to endure such conditions, especially from a global company that can easily afford air conditioning in every location. Unfortunately, my experiences with the male staff h... read more At KFC/Taco Bell, the women working there are very friendly and attentive to ensuring your order is correct. Unfortunately, my experiences with the male staff haven't been as positive. They tend to rush and don't always get the order right—unless you speak Spanish. When my daughter ordered in Spanish, it went much smoother than when I placed my own order. Nevertheless, I appreciate this location and the employees overall.

Items are frequently poorly wrapped or assembled, leading to ingredients falling out or dishes falling apart. The burritos often aren’t wrapped properly, the crunch wraps lack their signature crunch, and the distribution of ingredients is inconsistent. Additionally, sauces and other items are often forgotten altogether. It's disappointing, especially since this is the closest Taco Bell to me.
